James Lynes

Mr. James Lynes is a veteran of Desert Storm as a member of the US Air Force.  He served as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist on active duty from January 1984 to September 1991, and as an AF Reservist from September 1991 to December 1998. 

James was stationed in the US at the Defense Language Institute, CA, Goodfellow Air Force Base, TX, and Fort Meade, MD.  His overseas assignments included Helenikon Air Base, Athens Greece and Riyad Air Base, Saudi Arabia.

James has over twenty years experience leading teams and organizations in the Global Information Technology (IT) field, encompassing strategic engagement management and technical project/program management, planning, implementation, and administration of platforms, networks, and services in both the private and public sectors.

Mr. Lynes has been a consultant for external clients to Booz Allen & Hamilton, Renaissance Worldwide Inc., Sprint E|Solutions, CA Technologies, Alert Enterprise, and Unit4.
